Allen Huntspon is a two-time Emmy®-nominated Executive Producer and Director, and a two-time Peabody Award-winning journalist. He is best known for directing Street Somm (2024), the Daytime Emmy® and James Beard-nominated series, and for his leadership across streaming, digital, and cable television for global media brands including CNN, VICE Media, Hoorae Media, Tastemade Studios, Universal Pictures, Prime Video, YouTube Originals, BET, and ATTN:.
With a reputation for driving original programming from concept to execution, Allen has earned 13 major awards and honors across journalism, entertainment, and marketing. His accolades include a Southeast Regional Emmy®, a Shorty Social Good Award, first-place honors from the New York Association of Black Journalists, and a Silver Winner award from the Global Entertainment Marketing Academy. He has also received high-profile nominations from the News & Documentary Emmy® Awards and the GLAAD Media Awards, as well as recognition from the Streamy Awards and Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD Foundation for impact-driven storytelling.
A Morehouse College alumnus with nearly two decades of experience spanning documentaries, live broadcast news, branded entertainment, and unscripted television, Allen is known for shaping compelling narratives and leading diverse teams to deliver premium, culturally resonant content.

Marina Valle is an Emmy®-nominated, Webby Award-winning Executive in Charge of Production with an established reputation for successfully leading complex, multi-platform productions from development through delivery. With deep expertise in budget management, scheduling, crew oversight, and creative alignment, she has delivered high-impact content for premier brands and networks including the Bravo, Showtime, Condé Nast, Discovery Studios, Sundance Film Festival, T-Mobile, and UNICEF.
Marina brings operational rigor and strategic foresight to every phase of production, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution without compromising creative vision. Her leadership has supported standout campaigns and original content for titles like Vogue, Teen Vogue, Architectural Digest, and Bon Appétit, while her consulting work has guided narrative and production strategy for clients such as ATTN:, the AFI Film Festival, Motrin, and Johnson & Johnson. Known for her collaborative approach and precision under pressure, Marina is a trusted production executive who drives efficiency, scale, and excellence across the media landscape.
Jared “Heavy” Douglas
CREATIVE CONSULTANT
Jared “Heavy” Douglas is a Director and Producer whose work spans unscripted television, streaming, and branded content. He works with One Story Media Group in a project-based capacity, contributing to the creative development of original content. Heavy has produced and operated camera on critically acclaimed documentaries including 1969: FBI and the Panther, Let the World See: Emmett Till, and Voices Magnified: Locked Up in America. In reality TV, he specializes in talent producing, bringing a hands-on approach to casting, story producing, and on-set talent management.
His series credits include Bravo’s Married to Medicine, VH1’s Black Ink Crew, Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood, MTV’s Love Experiment, and the culturally driven YouTube Originals series A New Green Book, where he served as a Director. Heavy also worked on Profiled: The Black Man with Tina Knowles and OWN’s Love & Marriage: Huntsville, along with format launches like The Impact: Atlanta, and The Impact: New York. In the branded space, his work includes Rising Future Makers and She’s Connected for AT&T, and Fashion Trust for Google. Heavy is known for crafting culturally resonant stories rooted in identity, history, and entertainment across television and digital platforms.
